API Access for Masters Dissertation Project

Hi,

My name is Rubel. I am currently studying Msc Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London.

I have an idea of creating an Ancestry ChatBot for my masters dissertation project. The goal is to make family history research more accessible. The ChatBot will ask questions to the users about their family history and will return a family tree with candidates that are ranked based on liklihood of relation.

Currently, I am still in the requirement gathering phase and do not have a working demo.

I noticed that 'Personal Use' is not covered under API Access Admission Policy. I was wondering if my dissertation project, especially the stage it is in currently, would be eligible for API Access both because there is no demo and also because it is not strictly for commercial use.
