Historical Images: API access to image list of a groupId?

Person portraits only available at 200 px, though the docs show a link to the source memory
Is there a way to get the full-resolution of the person "profile" photos or is it limited to 200 x 200px? The docs suggest there is, but it's not working that way when we tried.

We are building a paid genealogy research service. Our customers interact with our application and maintain their family information within our service. We do not want to require customers to maintain a FamilySearch Family Tree or use FamilySearch as their primary genealogy interface.
Does sending living persons' data to a print vendor violate FamilySearch's privacy rules?
I understand that FamilySearch restricts living persons' data to be visible only to the authenticated user who added them — it's not shared with other users. I'm building a product that uses this data to generate a PDF, which the customer can then order as a printed book through a third-party print vendor.
Recovering Developer Account
We have a working app that is registered with Family Search. However the developer that did the integration is no longer available to us - and they did not share the login credentials to the Family Search developer console. I have created a new account, but of course do not have access to manage the approved app.
